Accommodation was big size and beautifully decorated with really helpful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast looked varied and above average, for all tastes, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it.

Breakfasts were varied and above average.
The location was magnificent and unbeatable, near a tube station. Our room itself was well decorated and extremely pleasant with 2 beds.

Strongly recommend for a swift stopover
Comfortable room, convenient location, as it is just a five-minute walk to Westbahnhof Station for easy access to public transport and only a ten-minute stroll to Mariahilfer Straße for great shopping and dining options.

Staff was extremely friendly, food was excellent, free wifi in lobby, very centrally located, own parking garage, great value for money.
Room was a bit small, some elements indicating the hotel's not new, (leakages showing, taps a bit loose, curtains loose). The excellent food took very long to arrive due to big group present. Akoustics of dining room are very noisy due to curved ceiling.

The refurbishment of the hotel was old which impressed me a lot. It does not relate to a 4 star hotel.

We loved visiting the nearby shopping centers and the metro station. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated. Just keep in mind, the Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, a bit frustrating.
One of our rooms was older and looked worn. I expected more consistency for a four-star hotel.

The carpets in the corridors and in the rooms need to be changed cause they look old and dirty. the decoration also is old fashioned and needs renewal. also the hotel can use low energy consumption lamps, it would cost them less! Hotel mercure westbahnof was a much better experience.

Great breakfast! Nice staff, clean room, free coffee in room, good location.
AC is not a real AC, just a fan blowing out air which didn't even work. Luckily we were able to open the window for some cool air. Small room size.

I felt right at home as it was just a few steps from Mariahilferstrasse, where I found plenty of shops and cafes to explore, and I also enjoyed taking leisurely walks to Schönbrunn Palace, soaking in the beautiful park views along the way.
